        Hi guys

Got a pixel 3a xl which should have been possible to OEM unlock, but it isn't.
I know about all the hassle with unlocking it and that it probably won't work.
I'm familiar with adb, fastboot ...

Is there a chance to just flash it with the script or should I just give up and return the phone? Means, does the script have to flash the bootloader? I guess so, but please confirm for me quickly so I can give up and return this pos vzn specimen :beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Thanks for all your hard work and I promise I will be a user after all 😁

It is not possible to flash UT on a device without unlocking the bootloader.

@arubislander Thank you very much for the quick response! It's a shame that oem locked phones even exist. If the product is great, one should not fear competition.

I'll get another phone and fingers crossed with oem unlocking possible.
