      Hello,
I have been using UT for several years.
I had not yet tried to connect my OPT5 to my mobile operator's 4G network.
For updates or to check the web, I used to connect to the wifi network at home.
Now (everything happens one day) I have tried to take advantage of mobile data with my card but without success because the SIM indicates that I am in 2G and yet in the cellular settings of UT, I checked the 2G/3G/4G option.
My operator is telling me to switch to 4G, but I've ticked the right option on UT
      Can you help me?
      Thank you for your help!

@vince.vs Please check your APN-Settings. On Operators Website are Settings for "elder Smartphones “ Try that first....

          Hello,
Sorry for only responding to your help now.
I searched my provider's website, but there was no information other than to change
          my mobile phone.
Therefore, I will visit one of this provider's shops as soon as I have time.
          Thank you again.
