        Hi,

        On November 8, 2022, I purchased an Ubuntu Touch mouse pad, but I never received it... No matter how hard I try to get information, I get nothing... I received a response from Odoo on April 16, 2024, and since then, nothing. No offer of a refund, no offer of a credit note, no offer to return the product in question, and above all, no response... It's a disgrace, no kidding.

        I hope that opening this thread will help move things along a little.

          Is currently using an Op5t
          Also owns an Op1, a BQ E4.5 and an Xperia X, as well as a BQ tablet and a Pinetab2. Please, someone... make it stop.
