Issue with Messaging

Hi everyone,
I have a couple of strange issues happening with the Messaging app.
These issues are only happening with one contact.
When I attempt to send a message to this contact it seemingly doesn't send on my end. On my end it's greyed out with the blue progress wheel and seemingly in an infinite "sending" state, even after message has been received by the recipient.
On the contact's end he gets the message normally.
Another issue is, when this contact sends me a text, I will receive it as a notification but it will not record the message in Messaging.
I've tried deleting thread and deleting the contact with no results.
I imagine something is cached somewhere but I've been to busy to dig into this.
I was hoping this might sound familiar to someone on here.

I think someone already reported such weird issue, or maybe it was already you on Telegram ?
Can you precise your OS version and device ?
Just noticed that i have sometimes issue with Ios users, but not the same way -
@lduboeuf The device is a OnePlus Nord N100 and I'm running 20.04(2026-02-24).

It wasn't me on Telegram. I don't use nor do I encourage anyone to use Telegram.

The problem has resolved itself somehow. As of now everything is working as intended. I will post any developments that might arise.
