WiFi Interface Detected Randomly When Powered OFF/Rebooted

Hello again everyone,
maybe someone could shed light on this issue.
The WiFi interface is detected randomly when powered up or rebooted. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

It does seem to happen more frequently if I reboot but sometimes it will detect with a reboot.
If I power off and wait 10 or so seconds I have better results but is still intermittent.

@Timespansoul Not noticed this. It seems to connect every time from a cold boot or reboot.
