GhostCloud on Pixel 3A XL attempt to sync contacts
-
Hi, I finally managed to install Ubuntu Touch 20.04 OTA-5 on my recently acquired Pixel 3A XL yesterday. Basically it all seems to work which is fantastic.
My first task is to get my Contacts and Calendar synced with my NextCloud instance and so I have installed GhostCloud (0.9.9.4) to do this. Calendar seems to be working wonderfully but I don't see any contacts yet. Should this work? This version says that WebDAV support has been re-enabled, which is what I think I need, but not entirely sure.
Getting this working would be a major step forward so all help gratefully received.

If its an app and not an integrated feature, you'd better ask to the maintainer of the app

@lduboeuf I've emailed the author.

@captainfuzzyface Seems that GhostCloud isn't intended for syncing Calendar and Contacts as I thought. I'm back to configuring the standard CalDav and CardDav.

In this forum, you should find some topics about cardav sync, there are users who have shared how to do that with syncevolution iirc
