Salutations fellas, I am new to porting and have a nice Motorola device on hand which happens to be my only spare phone. So I decided why not try to port ubuntu touch to it. Anyways I could not find vendor blobs for the 4g lte variant of the phone, so I tried to pull the vendor directory directly from my phone using adb. However that failed. No clue why honestly. Probably permission issues seeing as I havent rooted the device. Since there is a 5g variant of the phone which is almost identical as far as i know i was hoping that i could somehow disable the 5g via config files or something and use those blobs inplace of the ones directly on my phone. So I downloaded the files and now am stuck. No clue what to do next as I have 2 days of experience porting at most.

      1. Porting method: Halium 12
      2. Device information: Motorola moto g stylus 2022 4g lte codename milan (The 5g variant codename is milanf)
        Current Step: Building halium boot.

Ive knocked down the kernal conf checker to around 144 issues remaining and will be working on that sometime tomorrow/within the next 8 hours of this post going up. Anyways if i forgot anything information wise i will provide it upon request. Also I am deeply sorry for my terrible grammar. I was sleep deprived when writing this.
