Is anyone working on converging a bit more with other mobile Linux platforms? For example by adding Flatpak support for apps?

Fairphone 5 (Not yet installed UT on it though)

              Hello everyone 😳 ,

I'd love to upgrade to Noble but I'm having doubt, so I have a few questions :

              • From what I understood from previous Q&A many apps won't be available on Noble, is that true ? How can we see which apps are available or not on Noble ?
              • Is that possible to revert back to Focal if Noble is problematic for my usage ?
              • Is Noble more greedy on ressources than Focal (because I have a Pixel 3aXL and it's sometimes laggy on Focal) ?
              • What problems can I expect if I stay on Focal ?
              • Is there an upgrade on the kernel when we go from Focal to Noble ? And if so which kernel is shipped on Noble ?

Thanks a lot for the impressive work 🙂. I believe Linux mobile has a bright future considering Google is making a lot of move toward more lockdown on Android and therefore creating problems for customs FOSS android ROM / AOSP forks.

              Google Pixel 3a XL - 20.04 Stable (OTA-10)
