folder /usr/bin/X11 ?

hello
in the folders I see something strange :
the /usr/bin/x11 folder contain the same as /usr/bin folder.
so I have /usr/bin/X11/X11/11/X11/... etc.
Is it normal ? -

/usr/bin/X11 is a link to current directory in this system
