        Hi everyone:

After a couple of days with my Nexus 5 and devel_rc-proposed version (the only one I was able to flash) I've tried most of the usual functions this afternoon and everything runs great but I find that the battery level gets stuck in 50% no matter how long I have it charging. When I plug the cable the battery turns into green with the power signal and it eventually reaches the 100% but in the moment I unplug the cable, battery level comes back to 50%.

        Anyone else with this issue?
Does it really affect the battery level or it is only a problem with the battery display? (it shows 50% although the real level may be actually 100%)

Thank you all; I've learnt a lot of all you guys.

          Hello,
I have exactly the same problem, but I reassure you, it is a problem of battery level display, my battery holds as much as before

          Best regards

Oh, damm... I have just realized I wrote "Does it really affect the battery level or it is only a problem with the battery level?" I'll edit it right now.

Fortunately you understood (battery display). Thank you very much @allaoua. I suspected it would be nothing but that as the battery life seemed normal to me.

Thanks again and best regards to you too.

              Continuing with this topic...

The battery literally dies too fast. I had my Nexus 5 (stable 10 channel) charging during the last night and I unplugged it at 10:00 more or less. It it 12:30 right now and the battery level has fallen down to 44%. I have only made two phone calls and I have visited one or two websites in the navigator. Besides I feel the cell is continuously warm (not hot but like if it was working in background), although it doesn't have any app running. Of course during a call it gets quite hot. Maybe I'm missing some configuration but this way it is completely impossible to use UTouch as daily phone.

              Any help will be appreciated.

This is the battery life. As you can see, it completely disappears in two and a half hours and it takes too long to charge until 100% ๐Ÿ˜•

@alvarogr91 battery performance is not the best on stable channel, not optimized.
                  Try devel_rc-proposed is better optimized.
Just keep in mind battery in devel_rc-proposed has a bug with displaying data, nothingh crucial when it is 50% is fully charged, 40% is really 80% etc is just cosmetic.

@rubencarneiro yeah, I know it is only cosmetic. But there are other issues like the date stuck in 1970 and the impossibility of connecting known wifis. I have had my Nexus 5 in the cupboard since I wrote this just waiting for some improvements. Thank you very much! ๐Ÿ™‚

@alvarogr91 That was already fixed, that was caused be no wifi on boot, now wifi is fixed so if your connected to wifi on boot date will be acurate.

@rubencarneiro from which channel do you install your ROM? I guess channels need to be clarified (I, myself is a bit lost).
