Modem bug on cedric 0 IMEI and no signal

I installed ut with halium on moto g5 (cedric) it can reed numbers from sim, but imei is 0 and no signal, logcat -b radio gives nothing

- RIL (one sim)
- Data Mobile Connection 4G
- Wifi
- Sensor
- Touch
What not work
- Audio
- Media play
- Camera
- Apparmor (i disabled it for the moment)
