SNAPD for snaps...how to? also...flatpak or appimage?

Is it possible to setup support for snaps, flatpak, or appimages on ubuntu touch on a pinephone? I've read that the OS is missing the snap daemon, and without it using snaps is (obviously) impossible...what to do?
is this an architecture problem...arm vs amd64 etc?

There are many issues around being able to support snaps or flatpaks. For appimage, it could perhaps work via libertine depending on the app, at least on a very basic level. You likely would need to manually create a
.desktopfile inside libertine container, to get proper icon and launch the app from the app drawer, though.
