        I'm not sure what you're asking for exactly, but the camera app can record audio/video.

          @dobey I'm talking about a software that can grab a video or audio from a website, see VideoDownloader on Ubuntu 20.04.

                    @C0n57an71n It doesn't work very well on Youtube or similar 'protected' videos, because the version of youtube-dl in Vulgry is old, but it works well if you have a direct video url.
                    Something like:
                    www.example.com/video.mp4
