        OTA-13 update from Dalton

        Due to the need to release a new RC image and the tickets still waiting in the QA column, release has been pushed from Friday, September 4 to Wednesday, September 9

        Please note that OTA-13 is now scheduled for the 16th Of September.
        We are sorry for the delay but further work is still needed on this OTA. Our thanks to all those who have tested and reported issues to help improve this OTA.
