Can't change profile avatar here. Upload is ok, but it's not permanent

When I try to change my profile picture in ths forum, it's not possible.
I can upload it, and after uploading I can see the new picture two times on the website.
But as soon I click on "Save changes" the previous picture is back.

But this is the one shown in the profile: https://forums.ubports.com/assets/uploads/profile/434-profileavatar.png
So it will not be converted to permanent, or ?1505028551572 is missing behind the filename.
