Probably a pretty stupid question, but this is the first time I try to root a phone and install a new os on it and I don't wanna buy a new phone for that, but try it on an old one instead. So I wonder if it's even possible in first place. Thanks for your help already

@kevin before you can install on a device you need a "port" for that device.
There are some "unsupported" ports (typically ones that haven't been completed).
