Battery information fixed

Morning, with today´s update you shall see charging/not charging in the indicator, and an active battery graph in system-settings.
Note that LED indication is still not available, as this is a common error for certain Android 9 devices that dropped the old LED interface. A fix is in review but heavily delayed due to discussions

@Flohack Thank you... Pixel 3a-Android 9 i think is one of those with LED charging not showing, but thank you for the update.

@trwidick The fix is also device-specific, but 80% is our problem in the rootfs.
