OnePlus 9/9 Pro

Hello, I just got my OnePlus 9 Pro unlocked and I will be looking into making progress on a port. I didn't see anyone talking about the 9 Pro so I'm not sure if anyone is working on it already. I'm a software engineer so I have a decent idea of what I'm doing right out 9f the gate, but any sort of advice or collaboration is always appreciated.

@edenmutt Welcome, as a OnePlus One (and 6T till I lost my phone) user, it seems OnePlus devices have some level of success with UT: 5T works well and is moving to installer, 6/T and 7/T are in development here and on XDA forums, but 9T, if it follows the pattern of a good chunk working right on install, would be one of the newest phones with UT on it, so it would be kind of awesome! Looking forward to seeing how it goes. Hoping for success!

Whats the base Android version?

@flohack Oof. Didn't consider that. All the way up to the 7 you can backflash to Android 10. 8/T and 9/Pro are based on Android 11.

Well Android 11 will be a problem, we currently do not have the support layer "Halium 11" up and working. We are currently struggling with 9 and 10. Of course @edenmutt you are invited to help doing groundbreaking works here, but it might not what you have expected for porting. A lot of low-level bugs, and you need to familiarize yourself with the architecture changes between 9 and 11 at least.
