mms bug when hotspot is active

Can someone confirm that the MMS sending is not working when Hotspot is activated?
Here I can only send MMS when Hotspot is off, otherwise I will get an endless rotating spin in the Messaging app... would be nice if someone else could test and confirm or decline.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
