Can't record videos

Pictures are ok but when I try to record a video, the app freezes

@suoko That is exactly what happens when I try the same on a Oneplus 3.
It looks from the devices list like the Redmi 4 / 4x are very incompletely supported (below 30%), and the port seems to be inactive; unfortunately that means that it's unlikely to be improved in the future.
In other words, this may just be how it is.
