      Hi,
I'm using my Volla now for a few weeks. I'm a bit confused that when I press the powerbutton the Display is switched on immediately. My E4.5 normally needs around 1,5 seconds to wakeup. Is this normal for the Volla or maybe a bug like this one?

@kristatos : Do you experience an issue with rapid battery drain? My Volla works reliably apart from an issue with very rare sudden restarts. I have no issues with battery. When I press power waking from sleep, the screen shows immediately without delay.

@kristatos the E4.5 has a much slower CPU and GPU (I mean think about the time that passed between both models) and so this is not a bug but just the response you would expect in 2022 from a mobile device πŸ˜‰

I wouldn't talk about power drain, but the Volla lasts around 7-8 days from 100% to 10-20% and the old BQ with it's now almost 7 years old battery lasts around 10 days with a full charge. So I thought there might be a similar issue because of the instant display wakeup.

@kristatos : I think if you can do 7-8 days on one full battery charge this is already very good. Screens nowadays are bigger, hardware more powerful. It all consumes energy and thus battery needs to be recharged more often than in the old days. It's just what @Flohack wrote: to be expected in new devices, so nothing to worry about. Nevertheless I would love to see manufacturers make smaller devices again, as I do find them easier to carry and consuming less. I really loved the form factor of Nexus 5.

Absolutely! I don't like the formfactor of the Volla, but it's one of the devices with the best UT future support I guess, that's why I bought one.
The size of my E4.5 is still okay, but in my opinion it could be even smaller, maybe 4.5" from edge to edge.
