Hi all,
I know Kenzo is about 7 years old at this point and it was only popular in developing markets where ubuntu touch is largely unknown, if u are the few who still has a Kenzo, I am happy to let you know that we are at a point of usability , most features work ! pleasantly last night I was able to get auto-brightness working with the help of the community .
Even with this small sucess ,there are still issues that need attention ,most prominently the permission issue which is still unresolved , seems like the system setting ,camera and music are all not able to modify their own config file what ch in turn break some important functions of the app . Other than this almost every other bug was fixed . also thank you kn8rider for the first boot bug patch.
If you are a devloper and like to help finish this port kindly look in to the permission issue.
And if u own a Kenzo, I welcome you to test this port,find more bugs and may be fix some.But more importantly keep Kenzo alive!!

That's great news. I have 2 devices here I am going to start testing with. Unfortunately with Xiaomi bootloader unlock policy I have had to wait some time (plus I was quite ill for some time and struggled to sit and concentrate for any time).

@muling Due to life taking over, I have had no chance to get my Kenzo's out. I will add it to my list of things to have a look at.
