No install

I have tried the "easy method" to install and on two phones it basically sits at the MI logo. I am trying to work out the Halium install method, but again I cannot fathom out on a Ubuntu VM how to flash the system image using the command indicated.

All sorted. Used the zip install method in the end rather than the Halium install.
First notes:
- locked out with a passphrase. The passphrase is a
- IMEI number is 1 and 0. This means no cell activity.

@mrt10001 Further issue is unable to change background to a downloaded custom image.
a)No sound, no volume control.
b) Camera app crashing -

Still no IMEI
Camera App works fine
Sound is back all working. -
