Sony Xperia X downloading but not installing updates

Hi, I have a Sony Xperia X, F5121, UB Touch updated successfully to version 1103 on 22 April but since then it has downloaded updates but doesn’t install them after rebooting. It goes to the Android recovery screen. When I select Reboot on the screen it reboots fine without updating. Update Version 1114 is downloaded but won’t install. Thanks in advance for any help

Try switching the update channel and see if that helps loosen the 'stuck' update.

@moem thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, the other channels had the same issue. I ended up using the installer to update, hopefully that has fixed it now.

@turtlenate Good idea, that would have been my next suggestion. I've done it before and when you untick 'wipe user data' it's quite safe. Best of luck!
