Sadly I have moved my Oneplus 2's...
-
I have moved these over to e/OS/ which is an Android derivative, but purely privacy based. If I had the brain function and time (well I have that) I would attempt some of the porting issues. No sound kills it for me as it is one on the important parts of having a phone. But hey it's not all bad, at least I am trying things out. Hopefully I will get over my affliction and look into porting....

@mrt10001 That's sad, I did not realise the Op2 was that incomplete!

It's kind of got the no sound issue with the workaround of plugging a headset in and unplugging it which on one phone did not work at all. I reboot the WiFi doesn't always load. It's a good phone, with a good battery though.

@mrt10001 What about the Redmi Note 7 in your signature?

Hi @mrt10001,
Today, I bought a SAMSUNG S9 while on holiday in beautiful Thailand. With the aim of installing eOs on the device and then testing it out. I am already excited.
I would like to know if the bank app runs on this operating system, and if Bluetooth phone calls work in the car. Greetings from the holidays

@luksus That works fine for me, It calls, texts, has sound, camera front and rear work. I have bluetoothed it to PC. Battery life is about 2 days. Oh and I get emails on it. It does what I require. The downside to any Xiaomi phone is unlocking the bootloader. The Xiaomi team in charge of this should be sacked for making it so annoying and timely when you wish to unlock more than one phone - if you are reading this Xiaomi team - sort it out... (rant off).

@mario-ch My bank app runs on this. I haven't tried bluetooth yet.
Edit:
Bluetooth phone to phone works fine.
