I moved your post to the Off Topic category.
There are several reasons why requesting a port does not work and is not welcome.- It's a lot of work. You are asking volunteers to do weeks or months of unpaid work.
- For porting, the volunteer making the port needs to have the device in hands. Otherwise it's like you are asking a tailor to make you a suit without taking your measurements: it will not fit.
- Not all devices can run Ubuntu Touch. Here is an article that explains some of the reasons why.
In other words: you can't request a port. You can use an existing port, or you can make one for your own device. Those are the options you have.
