Cannot find M10 "HD" or "FHD" on eBay, only "2 RAM"

Does anyone know if the BQ Aquaris M10 2 RAM is the same as the HD or FHD?

Well then, does anyone know where I could buy a BQ Aquaris M10 HD or FHD? It seems those are the only devices that have wireless external monitor capability.
