Error Making halium-boot (Porting LG Stylo 3 Plus)

While making "halium-boot" I get an error that says BUILDDIR/halium/out/target/product/sf340n/obj/KERNEL_OBJ/usr is missing. I can't figure out what usr is referring to. Since it is in the out/ directory, I imagine I probably missed some source to add in my repo manifest and I need to make "usr"?

mka mkbootimg ran fine after commenting out "include $(BUILD_STATIC_LIBRARY)" from BUILDDIR/halium/external/gpg/Android.mk to fix some error, not sure if it matters.

Manifest: sf340n.xml
