Is the installer connected to ADB????

As the question asks plus... Is the installer connected to ADB installed on your PC, be it Windows, Mac or Linux?
The reason I ask is I was trying the installer with a 64Gb OPO and it failed after the boot to recovery on Windows and Ubuntu (23.04), i.e it would not be picked up as an ADB device. I cleared the cache, reset the installer and the same thing. In the end an update of Android Studio to Giraffe got the device up and running with UT (16.04) which upgraded platform-tools to give the latest ADB and fastboot tools.

Maybe I am not asking the right question - Does the installer have it's own version of Fastboot and ADB and doesn't rely on the PC's installed versions?

@MrT10001 yes, installer ships its own fastboot and adb binaroes.

@TheVancedGamer Thank you, that is what I thought.
I wonder why recently the devices would hang and UT would not be pushed over ADB. This issue stopped when I upgraded Android Studio to the latest version ("Giraffe"), on Windows and Ubuntu.
