Can you point me to the build process for the published images?

Noticed there wasn't an Anbox image available for Nexus 7 2013 (flo). From what I gather, these images are updated kernels to support (or provide) the ashmem and binder modules required.

Was there a technical limitation to provide images for flo, mako, etc.?
