Where to report bugs

I have seen some bugs discussed here, and I have also seen the bug posts on Launchpad.
Where would be the most appropriate place to post bugs so that they get addressed?

@joe HI, do you mean for an existing port like N5, OPO etc?
Please use Launchpad for this, the forum is not really useful for tracking bugs.

@joe If you have general questions, want to discuss, argue etc... you are well off here. Browse the groups, you will see what people have asked and what attracts comments, whats not. We are currently overwhelmed with too much work & tasks, and we cant even structure exactly what to do since Canonical let us alone on this mission
