Camera-app doesn't update

I've currently installed version 3.0.2 (that says UTweaktool) of the camera-app on my E4.5. In Openstore there seems to be version 3.1.0, but the update isn't found on my device.
Although I can't tap on the app in the Openstore, there's no reaction. When I tap on other apps there comes some additional information, screenshots and so on.
When I search for the app, there's no search result. Does anybody have this strange behaviour too?

@kristatos I don't remember the precise details, but I think the update got published too early... I think it needs OTA-10 for it to work, or something.
