BQ Aquaris M10 FHD - can I return to Andoid?
-
I've just bought a secondhand BQ Aquaris M10 FHD (non-4G) which is currently running Android
If I follow the instructions to install latest Ubports (via BQ's version to unlock loader)
CAN I return to Android if I so wish? -
You should be able to do so using the SPFlashTools (as here from Android to Ubuntu: https://forum.fairphone.com/t/fp3-fairphone-open-os/52301) but you will need to find the original Android scatter and associated files...

@jradxl Some years ago I recorded a German video on YouTube, how to install Android on that tablet.
Maybe it helps, without understanding what I am talking

The original image files can be downloaded here:

the roms are on bq website, android just download the one you want, if you want ubuntu you need the device serial no.
i hear there are no more roms for this model
Do not use the format all setting on the sptool, or you will be reentering the wifi password everytime you turn it off,
dont ask me how i know this . -
@wlbi the download link no longer works. Is there another source?
Why go back to Android? The bq aquaris m10 fhd can no longer landscape and jitsi can not use the camera.
