@007fred50 You still don't say what phone OS you are trying to install but you probably need to remove the modem manager from your Ubuntu pc/laptop. The instructions are in the link provided.

@007fred50 No that's not what I said. You need to remove the modem manager from your pc laptop OS for anything to work regardless of what OS you want to install on your phone. The way to do that is in the link I gave you. If you are not trying to install Ubuntu Touch on your phone I will move this to our Off Topic section as might still be useful to others.

@Lakotaubp Still the same problem. i have follow the guide, and uninstalled the modem manager from the computer. i think problem is on phone and not laptop OS. before it works today with the same phone. but i locked me out of the phone. 😕

@007fred50 I can't remove the battery. and they say: (The device attempted to power on before SP flash tool could flash files to it) i need to wait for the battery to be zero (0%) power.

what i can do is wait for the battery is dead. but i'm not sure if that is the case.

@007fred50 I have no knowledge of that phone and it's not one of our supported devices. The guide I posted is as far as I can go with helping. So read through that again and see if anything else stands out.
Someone else maybe able to help here but I think you may well be better off looking for another forum or such for help on your device.
