Recently my sim carrier has shutdown 3G services. Only 2G and 4G are active. I am now getting only 2G signal on my BQ E5 HD Ubuntu edition. Is there any tweak to get 3G/4G signal?

No, because E5´s radio is 3G only, sorry. Which country and which carrier is it?
