@ma Fluffychat I think updated from the OpenStore. Not the other two. Think those are because they are installed with the OS and just guessing those updates came through the standard channel not specific for arm64. The terminal app does not show in OpenStore. If the fluffychat update is still there after OpenStore update just restart that should fix it.

@ziggutas Just removed that crossed out stuff. Hope you don't mind.

Have you already used headphones? The volume of the headphones is extremely low. Even at maximum volume, hardly anything can be heard. Also a headset, especially the microphone, is not recognized. Is there a way to increase the volume?

@ma Have you tried uVolMan itsin here thanks to Mateo Salta https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B53ODful5D1wfjZRZHd3SjN2NlNBYld0LUpFUWt3Y0ZvVENyUmdsYWlYUWpGWi00YjhQTjg?usp=sharing

Thanks for your quick response. Yes, I tried. But it's very quiet. I have now also noticed that the phone does not ring when called, but only vibrates.

@ma Bug report here https://github.com/ubports/ubuntu-touch/issues/1312

Hello everyone, i am using the old halium port because i heard the new one doesnt support phone calls.
has this been fixed yet? i'd love to be able to update to the arm64 version -
@ComLarsic Please see the above bug report. You can make and receive calls just no incoming ring tone, vibrate only.
-
Oh alright! i dont reallly need a rigntone. i'll upgrade to the newest version then!
thank you! -
On the Oneplus 3 I had a couple issues:
- Calls would come in, and actually ring, but when receiving the call it would not 'connect' to the call. i.e. I can make calls but can't receive them.
- Data connection seems to have stopped working. It may work with one provider but not the other. I can't really figure that one out.
Anyone else have similar experiences?

- Seems ok lately
- Seems to be solved by adding the APN and rebooting. It seems that data connection goes away sometimes as well when you use airplane mode or some reboots.
-
@joe Now I don't need a phone for work for a few days going to try the OP3 again. Will let you know how it goes.
-
@joe No data issues, but no incoming ring tone. Vibrate only which means I can answer calls if I notice them. Last time the phone rang I could not answer the call.
-
@Lakotaubp Thanks for the updates.
Also the speakerphone in call doesn't seem to work.
-
@joe I'll try that next.

According to the first description the GPS module should work. But the clock app cannot determine the location. It searches permanetly without success. GPS is activated and the clock app is allowed access. Do I have to make any further settings? Thanks
-
@ma Guess you have but does the clock app have access in location settings. My OP3 is working fine on clock and weather app.
-
Yes, it has access. And the GPS is turned on.

In case it is confirmed, here is the bug report. Thanks!
-
@Lakotaubp Now it works. I've disabled the screen lock. That gave the app enough time to determine its location. Because once the screen is locked, the location determination probably stops. And maybe the app needed more time the first time.
