Voice recognition / commands to UT?

Are there any plans to implement voice recognition in any way to UT? Would be very handy when you need to use phone or tablet while driving etc.
There was some talk about that coming to UT back in the days, but it never happened.

@a1termator, one year ago started the collaboration between Ubuntu and Mycroft.ai but I don't know if UBports is going to take the torch.

It seems that there is such a package
