        INSTALL
There is no installer at the moment, so the installation process is not user-friendly, sorry!

        • Download 2 img files from https://github.com/l3lackShark/android_device_xiaomi_scorpio/releases/latest

        • Go to your TWRP and flash this firmware: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=962157660013070978

        • Follow the instructions: http://docs.ubports.com/en/latest/porting/installing-16-04.html
          (tested only with armhf rootfs)

Please note that if you won't flash the firmware, then audio input/output will be unavailable!

        MISC
Add scorpio.conf to /etc/ubuntu-touch-session.d to get proper screen scaling

        CREDITS
Many thanks to Danct12, Asriel Dreemurr and Bird Zhang for making this port possible!
