Non Military time option

Feature request: we should have the ability to choose between military and standard 12h time formats for the toolbar
eg
standard with day night : 12:45am
standard with no day night: 12:45
military: 24:45 -
As in normal time for most non-English languages?
It is definitely supported, just not sure if there is a switch for it.

Please file here: https://github.com/ubports/indicator-datetime/ - such things are better taken directly to Github and Gitlab. Here in teh forum this will bitrot for sure.

24:45 is not a real time, it would be 00:45, latest would be 23;59
