How to switch back to android on Nexus 5

I'm looking for ways to switch back to android on Nexus 5.

I've tried adb sideload, but I haven't been able to make it work.
I have already erased the previous OS after flashing Ubuntu Touch.

Thank you, ricardo65, for the link. Actually, I'm not very apt at technical stuff,
so I need much more detailed instructions.

I tried the following:

Connect your phone to your computer using a USB cable and run the following command:

adb reboot bootloader

And I got this back:

C:\Users\Winston.YesIcan>adb reboot bootloader
'adb' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

I wonder what I could do?
