Display below 1 cm defective

I bought a Oneplus one 3 on eBay. UT installed on it. Now I see that the lower edge, about 1 cm, has no reaction. Is it a defect on the display or a problem with the software? When I turn the mobile phone by 180°, exactly 1 cm above is not to be clicked.
anybody got any idear?

@christian-0 Try installing a paint/drawing app and try to to draw on that spot. Finger Painting is what I usually use.
