@elmx HI, You have now posted this question twice in two different thread for different devices. Can you please remove the one that does not apply directly to your device. UT ports are very device specific what works on one model will not work on another. Thanks

I could confirm this problem happens on my Xperia X Performance:
No ringtone when receiving a call.
This problem happens on stable chanel as well on devel for Dora-device. (Both with current releases available at 23 March 2021.) -

I have the same problem. when you get a call no ringtone sound just vibration.
Any solution for ringtone sound!

@jlabon the simillar situation on Xiaomi, I did not understand at what point there is no sound of an incoming call, but I will pay attention, a little activity, login/logout - and the sound appears.

Still no ring tone/sound with incomming calls on Doro device (Xperia X Performance) after installing OTA-17 (at 14.05.2021).
Also missing fingerprint sensor functionality, NFC, etc. Also it is annoying to enter wifi password after every re-boot of the device.
Would be good to know if or when s.th. is planned to be implemented or improved... -

@elmx Not having this device I can only speak in general terms and can assure you that we do care about theses issues as with all issues that arise. The normal problem in fixing these are time and people. There are only a few people or sometimes only one person working on each port often in their own time as a volunteer. This is one priority we are working on fixing.
I know it is frustrating when things don't work and you are perfectly free to use whatever OS you choose. I would hope however you will try UT again at some point in the future.
