Having trouble flashing android pie

I'm not sure, if I should be using twrp or just fastboot to flash the android 9 image. Got the phone setup and unlocked, and img file downloaded, but having trouble. Apprently I just don't know the process for this phone and guidance would be appreciated.

Well I flashed it. I think? I got a warning no recovery, and am stuck in fastboot mode. And I can't get to recovery yet. Any idea's would be appreciated.

I gambled that the android 9 image files where on the phone just not the recovery. Fired up the installer and BAM! I am UT installed. Thanks installer dev's.
