Anyway to add search.brave.com as my default search? Ive been using this week and its alot better than duckduckgo.
-
@unrealb2 maybe a bit tricky, but search engines are specified here:
/usr/share/morph-browser/webbrowser/searchenginessource code: https://github.com/ubports/morph-browser/tree/xenial/src/app/webbrowser/searchengines
-
@lduboeuf ok so basically
<OpenSearchDescription xmlns="http://a9.com/-/spec/opensearch/1.1/"> <ShortName>BraveSearch</ShortName> <Description>Brave Search</Description> <Url type="text/html" template="https://search.brave.com/s?ie=utf-8&f=8&rsv_bp=0&wd={searchTerms}"/> </OpenSearchDescription>I don't know if Brave Search does suggestions. How do we graft it to the tree?

@totalrando make/do/create something like this: https://github.com/ubports/morph-browser/pull/216

@fuseteam I don't have my Github info handy but if OP or anyone else wants to do a pull request before I do in a day or two feel free. Thanks!
