Can't install any apps

I installed latest ubport today with the installer and it worked ok, but I can't install any apps.
The progress bar keeps running.
I remember some time ago I tried ubports on this phone and had to run:

cat /var/lib/lxc/android/rootfs/ueventd*.rc|grep ^/dev|sed -e 's/^\/dev\///'|awk '{printf "ACTION==\"add\", KERNEL==\"%s\", OWNER=\"%s\", GROUP=\"%s\", MODE=\"%s\"\n",$1,$3,$4,$2}' | sed -e 's/\r//' >/usr/lib/lxc-android-config/70-santoni.rules

Is this still necessary to have a running store ?

UBports is the fundation, the OS is Ubuntu Touch (a.k.a. uTouch).
