Installation issue with Ubports installer on a Nexus 5 using a Windows 10 OS powered PC

Hello everyone.
Just bought a Nexus 5 to run Ubuntu Touch on it.
I've unlocked the phone with fastboot. I'm using the Ubports Installer GUI.
This is what happens:-
I run the Ubports Installer

I connect the Phone
-
The nexus is immediately recognized
-
I click on the "Install" button
-
The phone reboot itself on the bootloader mode
-
The installer tells that "Ready to Install" but nothing happens, not on the phone, neither on the installer
I actually don't know what to do now.
Is there someone who can help me, please?Thank you!

Ubports failed to complete the installation even on my nexus 5, to make installation I always used cpt that worked wonderfully.

I tried on friday with cpt, but i was in a rush and the antivirus was not helping at all.
Tried again yesterday right after your message, and it worked fine!
Now i am back with Ubuntu Touch (i was a former Meizu MX4 owner).
