New Devices Page Now Online

@domubpkm It seems that the problem is not caused by changes in the devices website, it affects also the installer. The installer is not able to reach UBports servers and shows this:
Can you confirm this?
-
@capsia Yes i confirm.
-
@domubpkm Thank you! I've reported this issue to the installer-configs API.

And I would like to bring attention to fairphone 2 device page. There is a statement that "Battery lifetime > 24h from 100%" is not working. But I've shown in the linked github issue, that the battery lasts more than 24 hours. So I think, that the battery lifetime statement should be changed.
-
@domubpkm Fixed, now for real

@jezek Good! Can you make a pull request at https://gitlab.com/ubports/infrastructure/devices.ubuntu-touch.io/-/merge_requests to change that?

Change that into what? Working, or partialy working? For me it's working (halium 5.1), but there is the not closed issue, so maybe for somebody (on halium 7.1) it is not working. How could we figure out? Mak an "Is here someone with FP2 with battery life less than 24 hours" thread?
-
@ubportsnews I really like the new page and the number of devices supported now is amazing.
Is there a way to highlight recently added devices? I think that would be a really useful feature, especially as the list is getting so long now. Its no longer easy to tell at a glance where progress has been made.
Either a shortlist of devices added in the last month, a 'new' tag, or sorting the list by date added would be great.

The devices page should currently only reflect what is working or not on the default channel so I guess only the original 5.1 port currently. When Halium 7.1 will be the default on FP2 we can change that again if necessary. If you can get some feedback also for the H7 port on the issue itself or on the forum you can also add a note to warn about battery life on H7.

@treebeard I'm currently working on a RSS+Atom feed to announce new devices

Done.
