Support for Lenovo Tab M10 HD X505F?

I am interested in a tablet I can put Linux on and I see that I could buy the Lenovo Tab M10 HD X505F.
I also see that the Lenovo Tab M10 FHD X605F seems supported by UBPorts.
The only difference I can see is that the X505F has a lower resolution panel (only 1280x800).
Other than that the hardware seems identical. Could I use a X505F with the X605F install procedure? It's cheaper and easier to get than the X605F.

I have experienced a huge difference between 1280x800 and 1920x1200. I'm having a X605F which I bought from a shop who sell used devices (am I allowed to put a link here?). I'm happy with it.
