I want to know if its possible to install ubuntu Touch and how to add et new device to UBports ?spec are :
32Go Rom
1Go Ram
UC nvidia T30S, 4 cores, 1.3GHZthanks for your help

In addition to what @AppLee mentioned, 1GB of RAM really is insufficient to run Ubuntu Touch on.
My BQ Ubuntu Phone has 1 GB RAM and is running Ubuntu Touch better than it did the Android Stock ROM
In fact I think if the SoC wasn't so slow it would run even better!

Try running a regular Linux distro on it, because there were some recent changes in the Linux Kernel for better support of the Nvidia Tegra SoC's
