Waydroid does not release GPS

I have been using Waydroid on VollaPhone for two months now.
I noticed that after using Waydroid GPS is only available again under UBT after restarting the phone.
My question
is there any way to reset or reinitialize GPS via shell command.

@chrisewcs Same issue on Volla Phone, OTA-21 stable.
According to a few identical user feedback, I just opened an issue on Github:https://github.com/ubports/ubuntu-touch/issues/1915
